To send files to TLC Print Brokering please enter the following into your FTP program:

If you don't have an FTP program - you can get one from this site: Download FTP program: smartftp.com

Host: www.tlcprintbrokering.com

User: TLCpbFTP

Password: broker

Once you have accessed the FTP site, follow these instructions...

1) Double click on the folder 'UploadHere'

2) Click on 'Put Files'

3) Find the file you want to send

4) Name your file with your company name + job description, and keep the file extension - for example: TLCbuscard.pdf

5) Click OK, and you're done!

To Download a file from TLC - Once you have accessed the 'UploadHere' folder, you will see another folder called 'Download' - double click on that folder, and you will find your file. Select it, and then click on 'Get' - the file will download to where ever you choose to save it.
